International letter with perfin “APM” in the stamp. The letter is franked correctly with 50 øre, 20 øre was the rate for Domestic letter from July 1st 1940 to May 31th 1950 and the rate for registering was 30 øre from July 1st 1940 to April 30th 1951. It has not been possible to read the cancelation stamp, but on the back we can read the receiving date March 1st 1944.
