The letter is franked correctly with 55 øre, 15 øre was the rate for local letters from July 1st 1946 to June 30th 1952 and 40 øre was the fee for registering in the derided from May 1st 1951 to March 31th 1957. The stamp is cancelled August 21th 1951 with Bro II København
