International letter with perfin “J.P.L.” in the stamps. The letter is franked correctly with 30 + 10 øre = 40 øre, which was the rate for international letters in the period from February 1st 1921 to October 31th 1925. The stamp is cancelled September 18th 1924 with a whole letter cancellation machine Tp. K. 5H. 2 10 Bro. III.
